FDP index curation report

This is a template executable book that can act as a curation report for a FDP index and generates a report on the content of the index. The report is generated using the Jupyter Book framework.

This report used the EJP-RD index as an example. The index is available at https://index.vp.ejprarediseases.org.

This executable book builds on a jupyter notebook that fetches all fdp’s listed in the index under scrutiny and then fetches all the metadata from the fdp’s. The notebook is available at fdpHarvest.ipynb.
